ProCommerce Bank has completed 1 quarter of 2015 with stable financial results:
- the Bank’s asset by April 1st, 2015 size reached 676.4 million rubles, Customer balances and deposits entrusted with the Bank exceeded 341.4 million rubles.

Loan portfolio of the Bank by April 1st, 2015 reached 498.2 million rubles, consisting of:
- 71% - Small and Medium business loans (SME)
- 29% - Micro credits and consumer loans to individuals
Despite continued financial instability in Russian as well as international financial markets, ProCommerce Bank has completed 2014 with excellent financial results thanks to increased number of clients (mainly of small and medium businesses (SMEs), transactions volumes, and increased loan portfolio (mainly to SMEs).
On 17th of July, 2014, EXPERT RA, one of top 3 credit ratings agencies of Russia, has confirmed rating level “A” to our bank, corresponding to high level of creditworthiness.
The rating outlook is STABLE, meaning high probability of maintaining the rating level in the foreseeable medium term.
