ProCommerce Bank has completed 1 quarter of 2015 with stable financial results:

• the  Bank’s asset by April 1^st, 2015 size reached 676.4 million rubles, Customer balances and deposits entrusted with the Bank exceeded 341.4 million rubles.
• Loan portfolio of the Bank by April 1^st, 2015 reached 498.2 million rubles, consisting of:
  • 71% - Small and Medium business loans (SME)
  • 29% - Micro credits and consumer loans to individuals

By April 1st, 2015 year ratio of non-performing loans to overall loan portfolio reached 0.94%. Bank set aside 100% reserves for all non-performing loans, and overall coverage of reserves was 6.53% of all loans.    

• Shareholder’s equity reached 323.7 million rubles.
• Bank’s Net Profit reached 3.2 million rubles, which greatly exceeds Net profit at the same period last year  (by April 1st, 2014) – 1.8 million rubles.

The Bank keeps under intensified control the sufficient supply of liquid resources and formation of reserves for possible loan losses.
