TRANSFERS WITHOUT OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT
ProCommerceBank Ltd. carries out international transfer in the currency of the Russian Federation (RUBLE) on behalf of individuals without opening a bank account and payment of transfers to individuals in the currency of the Russian Federation (RUBLE). Transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of the currency legislation of the Russian Federation.
Transfer transactions can be carried on behalf of an individual entrepreneur in favor of both individuals and legal entities, individual entrepreneurs. The transfer of funds without opening a bank account should not be associated with the implementation of entrepreneurial activities.
The orderer (individual person) must provide the Bank full details of the recipient of funds to the Bank. To send or receive a transfer without opening a bank account, individual person must personally himself contact the additional office of the Bank with an identity document.
Payment of outgoing transfer by ProCommerceBank Ltd within the territory of the Russian Federation are issued to the recipient of funds at the address of the recipient's bank in the subjects of the Russian Federation and their corresponding settlements, the list of which is given below.
